DOWNLOADING UPDATE(100%) wheel keeps spinning

Everytime I have gone into voobly to play AOE Custom Scenario - it says updating voobly when that finishes it says DOWNLOADING UPDATE(100%) with a spinning wheel which keeps on going. What is this update? Why does it never finish. I have to cancel it every time - then everything works normally. What is this glitch?

Delete the sub-folders in Voobly Mods \ AOC and re-create them. Then join a game lobby and wait for the download to complete. Then the download loop should be gone.

This worked thanks . After I realised that I had to go to Microsoft Games/ Age of Empires II/Voobly Mods/AOC and NOT go to Vooby/gamedata/AOC
