Please paste us the results of the game diagnostic tool here, which can be found in the menu of the game lobby.

Your game installation is not supported by Voobly, as the game MUST NOT be installed inside the User's home folder e. g. C:\Users\

Please perform a clean installation of the game following this self-help article:

Just create the folders and move the files and sub-folders to the correct location. Then run game diagnostics again and let it fix the problem for you. Then apply the recommended game room settings.

Hi again,
the installation is of AOK
but the AOC is actually crashing.

I don't see any link of AOC.
I have already deleted the installation of AOC.

In addition: the computer says that AOK is already installted.
What should I do?

Thanks.

Completely uninstall the game and perform a clean game installation as explained in the article above.
