I cannot pass the network diagnostics test!

Here are the results of network diagnostics

And also tried port forwarding but lack of knowledge the port number 16000 still shows to be closed on nmap

I also tried passing Inbound Rule for 16000 port on name Webserver in the windows firewall with advanced settings. PFA

Are you using a stable internet connection e. g. Fibre, Cable, DSL or are you trying to play using a hotspot or a 4G / 5G data connection?

I can help you setting up the correct port forwarding rule. Please take a screenshot of the existing port forwarding rule or show me a screenshot of the gaps you have to fill out, when adding a new port forwarding rule in your router.

It's not recommended using a VPN as this may results into shared bans when cheaters try to evade their ban.

External Port: 16000 UDP
Internal Port: 16000 UDP
Internal Server: IP address of your local computer (Start > Run > cmd > ipconfig)

Now run the network diagnostics again and see whether you get a positive result.
