Lag in patch v1.6 Game RC

I am facing lag in the patch V1.6 RC and 1.6 Game data.
However, all other patches like V1.5 RC, 1.4, 1.0 are running smoothly. Does anyone has any ideas or suggestions to fix this ?

Try adding Windows Defender exceptions / Anti-Virus exceptions:
