Hello!

Every time I join the lobby, I get "Downloading update (Unknown)" that instantly times out.
I reckon it is one of the AoC "Data mods" directories that causes it.

Is there a way to tell which is it, without trial and error deleting each one of them?

Thank you,
Corax

Re-create the directories as explained in this self-help article:

I have the mentioned folder structure, with AOC and the 3 subfolders, each one containing mods and patches.

Also the UAC is not an issue, since I play on Linux through wine.

I guess I could delete them and redownload them, but I was wondering if there is a simpler method to see which subdirectory is causing the issue.

You'd have to trial and error this mod by mod to figure out, which one is broken. It's easier to wipe and redownload the mods.
