Dual Monitor Setup Stuttering

I used to play Voobly Age of Empires Conquerors with no issue until I bought a 2nd monitor, now I have the game in the 1st one, and Discord and Spotify in the other. Since the first time I played AoC I'm experiencing stuttering and some freezing and lag, is there any known topic/solution for this issue?

My setup:

Intel 14900KS
RAM DDR5 64GB
SSD 2TB + 2TB
GPU RTX 4080
SO Windows 11 Pro
