Having any tourneys with premium membership as prizes would be a start ( even if they lasted only 2-3 months or something) You could have a tourney for cs/rm/dm every 2 months or so and I think that would at least get an even more competitive community.
Also, since those 3 realms of aoc are kinda split community wise, making a 3v3 tourney with 10 teams made from the top 10 rm,cs,dm would be cool to see (they'd play b.o 3 maybe; one dm map, one cs map, one rm map.) and maybe bring community more together.(since it's dm/cs/rm we could assume the whole community would be watching it)
