Behavior of Personality 'None' 1.0c vs 1.4

Hey all,

in v1.0c, setting the personality of an AI player to 'none' would make its military units walk around the map in some random fashion.

Apparently, this has changed in v1.4: AI players in custom maps with personality set to 'none' don't move their units (unless attacked). Is there an easy way to make the AI in 1.4 behave like the 'none'-version from 1.0c?

If I recall correctly, it might change when changing the scenario difficulty. You can try fiddling around with many things, but safest bet is just to use AI files.

there are AIs for immobile units that u might find useful
