Inside Game Room, this message appears:
<Error querying your router's public (aka WAN) port with local UDP port 16000 -- you most likely won't get a direct connection. It is recommended you run the Network Diagnostic Tool.>
If I run the Network Diagnostic Tool, this is what I get:
Starting networking diagnostics...
Your local network port (UDP) is 16000. All game traffic is routed through this port. This can be changed in "Settings" -> "NAT Traversal".
Attempting to connect to 3 test servers. This will take around a minute to complete...
14 seconds left.
9 seconds left.
4 seconds left.
Test Result: Connection failure
Network Health: Failure
Recommended Action: Turn off firewall, disable firewall, or uninstall firewall, port forwarding, if none of that works reinstall your operation system or try to directly connect to the internet without a router. The only port you need to forward is UDP port 16000 on Voobly you do NOT need the direct play ports 2300-2400 and 47624.
Details: Connections to one or all of the servers failed

I have enabled UPnP in Settings, Universal Plug and Play, Enable UPnP
I have a Sagecom Fast 3686 router
I have accessed the router menu at [You must login to view link], Advanced, UPnP, <Enable> Check-box

Local Start Port 16000
Local End Port 16000
External IP 0.0.0.0
External Start Port 16000
External End Port 16000
Protocol UDP
Description opened via UPNP
Enabled On
I also attach a screenshot:
I have Windows 7 64 bit and I play Age of Mythology The Titans expansion.
Thanks in advance!
