I have this problem:
I used to play on Voobly with an AoE 3 non-oficial. Two moths ago I bought the original one "Age of Empires 3: Complete Collection" and I can play it online in other places.
The problem is that whenever I want to play it on Voobly, I just can't do it.
Here I have some screenshots that shows the problem I have, please have a look of them:
(The images are in Spanish so I'll translate them).
The first one says, "The application can not be started correctly (0xc0000005). Click on Accept to close it."
And it happens whenever I want to start a match playing on Voobly.
The second one is the game diagnosis, which says that the game doesn't seem to be damaged or working bad.
I'd like to play soon, please I need your help.
Thanks a lot for you attention.
Please do as followed :
1. Navigate to your Steam game library.
2. Right-click on the AoE3 game and choose Properties.
3. Select the "LOCAL FILES" tab and press the "BROWSE LOCAL FILES..." button.
4. In the folder which should now have opened, locate file named "age3y.exe".
5. Right-click this file, go to Properties -> Compatibility tab and disable "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" checkbox.
6. Create a shortcut to the "age3y.exe" file on your desktop for easy launching of the game.
After that, close completely Steam and try again with Voobly.
I am very thankful!
