Hey,

Not sure what the dealio is with this but when I'm using Voobly I can't use hotkeys for things like streamlabs or dual monitor control. Is this a windows 10 issue or voobly issue?

Is there a way to fix?

Would appreciate if someone can answer this as it is the primary reason why I am not playing on Voobly at the moment.

Run the Streamlabs or Monitor Control application as administrator (right-click > Run as Administrator) and it should work.
