For several days now, I haven’t been able to enter the game lobby. When I select, for example, ‘Medieval’ in the game browser, nothing opens. As you can see in the image, that tab appears blank. I’ve tried different rooms and reinstalled Voobly, but the issue persists. I hope you can help me. Regards.

In your screenshot, hover over the windows that are not visible to your, then right-click > Maximize.

And... I would like to ask, could you please unlock me so I can play in the New Players Room? Nobody wants to play with me in the other lobbies because I'm too bad and have a low rating. I get a lot of bullying and insults, and they kick me out of the rooms as soon as they see my score. Everyone keeps telling me to go and play in the NPL, but I can’t get in there with any of my accounts because they’re all blocked from playing in that lobby. I know I'm not a new player, but as I said, my level is awful,I just play for fun and don’t intend to be a pro like some of the others in those rooms.
I hope you can help me.

Do this rules apply to Medieval Lobby too?
Do not resign games in a NPL lobby, even though you have clearly won the game.
Do not manipulate your rating or trade away points to keep your rating low.
Do not violate any Game Policies (harassment, being toxic, ruining games, friendly fire).
Do not violate our Code of Conduct (being toxic in NPL, harassment, trolling).

Because I’ve seen those rules broken maaaaaaaaany times by maaaaaaaaany players.

So, what’s the lobby for bad players then? Because the "algorithm" won’t let me play in NPL, the other players won’t let me play in Medieval because for them I’m NPL level, and they’re always saying "what are you doing here? Go play in NPL." It seems like for mediocre players like me there’s no place here. You’re either new or semi-pro — and if you’re not new and just looking to play for fun, it seems there’s no space for you.

Dude, you got more than 50 accounts where a half dozen is 13xx in NPL and countless 12xx accounts and you kept creating more accounts. You even got three accounts with more than 700 games played in MS with a healthy ELO rate of 14xx. So stop bull****ting me! There are plenty of 11xx, 12xx, 13xx and 14xx accounts in MS. Blah, blah, MS is too hard.. give me a break!
