So you saw last TIW had 18 maps and you decided that it would be an idea to post each team should get 1 veto in that TG round army. The only people that want 1 veto or are 'fine' with 1 veto are the ones who just want cheap wins. Camp can come out and make a post of how 1 veto is beneficial to a tournament trying to get the best overall team as well as get good games out of it. You will already be getting 1 immunity to use as a placeholder for an 'easier' win or your most safe pick and in the TG round that just means teams will need 1 more home map to choose out of all the maps given.
Can we make it so vetos have to be used before the round begins? Just to cut down on time during sets
Straight up from past bad experiences a few things like that should be done for better flow.
First off you normally get two full weeks to schedule your set with the opponent, it would be nice if atleast 48 hours prior the full map list and all picks were revealed. Included with your immunity map.
I always looked at the veto part as kind of a strategy + you didnt always know 100% if everyone you had in mind for a map would be showing up but I guess doing veto's ahead of time could be enforced too if the majority agreed.
Ok guys i think what i will be going with regards vetos and immunitys is:
1 veto that can be used in either the 1v1 or 2v2 round and 2 vetos that can be used in the tg round. There is 2 points up for grabs between the 1v1 and 2v2 rounds and 5 up for grabs potentially in the 3v3/4v4 round. I think this is happy balance.
Immunity as already stated, a clan can pick one map in a particular round that cant be vetoed. So for example i might pick desert immune in 2v2 but that doesnt make it immune for other rounds.
Sounds good. Just to clarify, if you veto a map in 2v2 for example, does it auto veto in tg also? Or not?
Also if you veto a map in any round, does it then auto-veto in that round's random decider? I assume so.
Also, teams should agree/discuss/post final map choices/settings 24h in advance to playing. Agree? (maybe vetos can be used on the day depending on who shows up?)
Vote it in and more importantly vote desert blood into 1v1 and 2v2
It is already in RB picks.

1. They did in last TiW pretty sure
They carried over to the random decider only but if say cba was vetoed in 1v1, then the team could still use it in tg set.
