'discussed' and 'agreed' are two entirely different things. Definitely something that can be discussed amongst the community, but an agreement was never reached before so i don't really think saying 'like we agreed before' is accurate, it wasn't just eot who were against it. However, if the community consensus is for a roster limit, then it's hard to argue against, if it's not then same applies. If we don't have a clear consensus we could always hold a vote on it or something. Where we have options like 'no roster limit', and then a few different options like 8, 10 etc and each clan can have one vote.

Guys im 100% not trying to favour anyone regardless if thats your view. Im actually a little offended at the suggestion i would be anything other than neutral. In fact im mostly going with the settings as before and in fact mentioned about mostly the same settings with some small changes from the start. The reason why is because the previous tourneys worked and were successful. I fully appreciate cba hero is the biggest map by far atm and naturally the map will play a part in the tourney. In fact I am assuring it will be played by giving everyone an immunity. That means in fact im not favouring anyone and in fact giving those who prefer cba hero their own option to protect their map and at the same time giving others a chance to protect their map as well. If i only gave cba hero an immunity then i am favouring only the cba hero players, but if i give everyone an immunity then i am being neutral and protecting everyone. The only map that 100% will be played in the tourney is cba hero as its the only map that 100% will get voted in.
This tourney isnt designed as a way of trying to beat xcs and in fact the tourney as been around longer than the clan. Nobody is trying to argue that xcs isnt the best clan atm or the best cba hero clan. They have proven they are by winning 2 wars recently as well being dominant in cba hero for a while now. This tourney is designed as way of testing a clan in other ways across other skill sets including 1v1 and 2v2 which dont get played in wars. Personally I think winning a TIW is a bigger achievement than winning any one off war or even any other cs tourney and the reason for this is simply because it tests more skill sets. This is quite possibly the last big custom tourney and it would be a shame for anyone to miss out.
Regarding the roster limit while i will go with the majority as mentioned before i would feel really bad if we impose one. Simply because it would mean some players who may be specialists in their clan being left out of the tourney completely. I think in some ways its unfair to the players and also unfair on any clan who then has to tell players sorry your not playing. By having no roster limit we are actually helping some clans be more competitive as they can use their specialist players. But like I said previously I will go with the majority but i thought this issue was resolved already?
Regarding the roster limit, Eot agree with your view for the exact reasons you've outlined, i believe Dy too although they can speak for themselves, i just vaguely remember Gary agreeing. However, it seems xcs, nor cenas team agree so it appears it's not an issue that's resolved yet and perhaps needs further discussion.
I don't speak for everyone, but i know if this rule is in place Eot's motivation for this tournament rapidly drops at the very least. (I'm not saying we will or won't pull out, i don't know and it's not my decision to make, but i know it will at least demotivate us and others)
